TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our company is a real estate company specialized in furnished rentals. We do transactions for short term and long term rentals. Our job is to help people finding the right apartment for their stay in Odessa. Here is the process to book an apartment with our agency.

Availability

You can choose one of units listed in our base of apartments and fill in the order form. We process all booking requests within short time (12-24 hours). "By request" system allows us to have better rates and should your first choice apartment be unavailable, we would offer you the best available alternative. The confirmation of availability will be sent to you by e-mail with link for payment page for the deposit prices. If you haven't found a suitable flat in our online apartment's database, please describe your needs in your letter and we will try to find apartment that you need.

Method of Payment and Deposit

There are no other charges. To book an apartment we require a deposit equivalent to the cost of a one day stay or 2 days stay if you want stay more than 10 days. We accept payments by Credit Card, by Western Union or direct deposit to our account in Ukraine. The rest of the money has to be paid in cash the day of check-in to our manager. Your deposit will be deduced from the total sum of payment upon your arrival and final calculation. The balance of the rent is required to be paid at your arrival along with a security deposit $100. The security deposit is, of course, returned to you at the end of your stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in clean condition.

Cancellations

In case you do not arrive and do not inform us about that in advance by phone or e-mail we will hold the booked apartment for several hours before cancelling. In case of not receiving of any note from you, we cancel the booking without refunding prepayment charge. In case of cancellation of reservation your prepayment is not refundable. In case of changing dates of reservation prepayment is not refundable. Customer will need to make new reservation for a new date of arrival. Should our company cancel the booking we will make our best effort to arrange for an equal standard accommodation as a replacement or a full refund of the deposit will be made.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in time - 2 p.m.(14:00), Check-out time - 12 p.m. (12:00) (by noon).
If you are arriving on an early train your best to reserve your flat for the night before as some trains arrive in the very early hours or late at night, half days are sometimes available. According to our policy early check in is charged as the full daily apartment cost. However, we will do our best to accommodate you in case of earlier availability status. In case of early arrival and early check-in necessary, please, consider booking for the previous to your arrival night. Reservations for Early check-in and late check-out are completed in advance only. However, if you plan to arrive after 6:00pm, please notify us immediately! We require at least a 24-hour notice as we need to arrange for a member of our staff to wait for you.

Force Majeur

Reserved apartment is a subject to be changed if some electricity/water/heating cut off or breakdown occurs and it can not be fixed by your arrival date. In this case we provide you with similar accommodation (or even better apartment at the same price) without prior notice.
