The rules of booking and payment of apartments:

1. The service is carried out on the basis of properly completed Application Form from the customer booking the flat, and in some special cases, from requests received by telephone, e-mail or other means of communication.
2. The customer receives a pre-order confirmation by email. However, the apartment will be reserved for you only after payment. We accept the credit cards, Visa-Mastercard. You can also pay by Webmoney.
3. The payment for reservations is as follows:
If the total value of the order is less than 200 dollars (the equivalent of National Currency), then the booking is paid in full. If the price is more, you will pay 200 dollars for booking and the rest when you move into the apartment.
4. When a client refuses the paid reservation, we will refund him the full cost of ordered services but without the penalties. There is a penalty payment if the client cancels at least 7 days before the estimated date of arrival into the apartment. The penalty rate means is the equivalent of a 2 days stay.
5. In exceptional (force majeure) cases, we reserve the right to replace the pre-booked apartment to an equal or higher grade, with no change in the cost of accommodation. In this case, we shall immediately inform the client about the replacement.

Parts responsibility:
The full responsibility for the material damage caused to property of landlord rests with the tenant.

The estimated time:
The time of the moving into the apartment is- 14.00. The time of the moving out is -12.00. At an early arrival or late departure (if the apartment is not occupied by other customers) the client must pay an additional half day fee.
